Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Adriana received a Bachelors degree in Mass Communications and a Masters degree in Journalism. She commenced her dancing career with ballet and flamenco at the early age of five. Due to her family roots from Lebanon, she felt compelled to begin studies in Middle Eastern dance when she was 13 years old.
Adriana moved from Colombia to Miami in 2001 and throughout the past 17 years, has strengthened her dance technique in varied forms of dance by participating in several National Belly Dance Shows and by attending a myriad of intensive courses and seminars. Prior to her move to the U.S., she was a member of the flamenco company "Triana," in Colombia from 1999 to 2001. Continuing with her passion for dance, she auditioned and was chosen for the 2003 version of "Duende," a Spanish ballet with the Florida Dance Festival, directed by the internationally accredited Rosa Mercedes. She has also participated in numerous activities within the cultural world, with Florida Grand Opera, Miss Hispanic International, Carnival Cruise, Univision, Hispanic Dance Festival in Mexico, such as being a guest on a Telemundo show, musical videos, commercials and Emilio Estefan Productions, amongst others.
She is a Member of The Doral Business Council and the owner of Dancing Inxs since 2005. In 2020 and 2022, Adriana won the Influential Business Woman Award , by Acquisition International and also Best Dance Academy Business Owner (East Coast USA) and Woman-Owned Dance Academy of the year (East Coast USA).
